Itinerary for a fun night in Dublin. That said - if you have more time there’s lots more to see outside the city…

1. Dinner at Variety Jones. There’s lot of good pub food in Ireland - after being there a week you start to want something different. Variety Jones has a high end, modern twist and for now is pretty under the radar.
2. Drinks at Bar 1661 for creative cocktails starring poitín, aka Irish moonshine. As a welcome drink they poured a shot of homemade clarified milk punch, so they started us off right.
3. Music and a pint at The Cobblestone for the best traditional music.
